How the math works: the F&B minimum is compared with food & beverage before the club charge and tax. If you fall short, the difference is billed anyway, so it’s added to billable F&B and carries the club charge and tax. Room, labor and rental fees are shown untaxed and don’t count toward the minimum. The club’s Events team (617.287.3030) has the final word on all of this.
